Seoul April 2017: Moomin & Me

Moomin! If you have ever watched Moomin, you will know that Moomin is one of the sweetest and cutest characters out there, along with the other characters like the kind and resourceful Moomin mama and endearing Moomin papa, Snufkin who always has a word of good advice, bad-tempered, straight-talking Little My, gold / money-loving Sniff and frivolous, vain Snorkmaiden!

I was looking forward to go to this cafe when I found out there is a Moomin-themed place in Seoul and it's called Moomin & Me. It houses a cafe, restaurant, shop and an exhibition area.

I went on a weekday (Wednesday I think) at around 3 pm. There was literally nobody else there and I had the run of the place like a crazed aunty. Hahahaha!

Even their wooden trays had cute Moomin motifs on them!

I think there are no words to describe my love for Moomin and I shall let my photos do the talking!

Moomin mama, what's in your bag?

It is just like the Moomin Cafe in Tokyo, which I have not had the opportunity to visit yet. I really hope to go one day!

After the customary tea and cake (we had green tea latte again, and a cake roll), we went downstairs to explore the exhibition area, which is in the basement.
